Our Los Angeles attorneys volunteer with Project Angel Food in Hollywood to provide nutritious meals to home bound men, women and children throughout Los Angeles suffering from serious illnesses including HIV and cancer. Project Angel Food represents the kindness and compassion of our community to bridge the gap between those who want to help and those who need it most. Paula Harris, a partner in our Los Angeles office, is a cancer awareness advocate, who is on the Board of Directors of Connect4Cancer, an organization dedicated to raising awareness, support and legislation to help cancer patients and their families. With Connect4Cancer and Project Angel Food, Paula volunteers at the finish line of Avon 39, 2015 in Santa Barbara.

Mitchell Kim, an associate attorney with our Los Angeles office, is on the Board of Directors for Beloved International, a non-profit organization established in 2010 to provide loving Christian homes for orphans in Kenya. There are over 150 million orphans worldwide and over 50 million orphans in sub-Saharan Africa. Nearly a third of those in Africa were orphaned due to the AIDS epidemic. To date, Beloved has established family homes for 30 children and provided them with shelter, food, clothing and education.
