Joshua Hernandez was born and raised in the beautiful fruit land called Fresno. He then attended and graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. After college, Joshua obtained numerous jobs ranging from Fortune 500 company to cutting-edge start-up businesses. Joshua garnered invaluable experience that helped prepare him to return to Fresno to attend law school.
Joshua graduated from San Joaquin College of Law in 2018 and passed the CA State Bar the same year. During his time in law school, Joshua received numerous academic awards; was the recipient of the Honorable Mario G. Olmos Scholarship Award; was the recipient of Leon S. Peters Award for Leadership, and was presented the Spirit Award for embodying the character of San Joaquin College of Law.
He has experience working in criminal, civil and workers’ compensation fields of law. Currently, Joshua has worked in workers’ compensation law for the last 4 years and has been with Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Helphrey since 2017.
